AIM AND OBJECTIVES AIM To assess the pattern and determinants of utilisation of eye care services among adult females in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State of Nigeria for the purpose of improving eye care services and utilisation among female adults in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State. OBJECTIVES 1) To determine the level of awareness about available eye care services among female adults in Ido local government of Oyo state 2) To determine the rate of utilisation of eye care services among female adults in Ido Local Government Area. 3) To determine the factors that affect the uptake of eye care services among female adults in Ido Local Government of Oyo state of Nigeria. 4) To determine barriers to uptake of eye care services among female adults in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State of Nigeria. 5) To make recommendations on the formulation of strategies for improving the utilisation of eye care service among female adults in south western Nigeria.
