Background: Male infertility contributes a significant percentage of the total causes of infertility worldwide. Genital infections are important predisposing factors to male infertility. Aim: This study was aimed at assessing the prevalence of anti-chlamydia antibodies and relationship to sperm quality among male partners of infertile couples. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study of male partners of infertile couples attending the infertility clinic at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu Nigeria. Their sera were assayed for antichlamydia antibodies and semen analysis was done for each participant.
